What does each package include?

• The Full Service Résumé, Cover Letter and LinkedIn Optimization package includes everything that you’ll need to apply for a job. You will receive one personalized Cover Letter, one professional Résumé and one LinkedIn Profile optimization form for clients looking to get a LinkedIn page started.
• The Combination Résumé and Cover Letter package includes the two main components that you’ll need to apply for a job. You will receive one personalized Cover Letter and one professional Résumé.

• The Standard Résumé or Cover Letter Review will deliver a customized professional looking Résumé or Cover Letter that will allow you to present yourself in the best possible way for an employer.

What is the timeline for completion?

I will respond back to your initial contact within two business days. This will include a form to help gather your information as well as specific needs and interests. You will then receive a finished product within one week from receiving your information. If you need it sooner, just ask! I’m here to help you.

Should I have a Résumé already written?

Ideally, yes. Since my job is to highlight your best qualities and attributes, it makes for a better product to have as much insight from you as possible. At a minimum, a list of items & dates, including responsibilities and accomplishments, for your Résumé should be included.

Should I have a Cover Letter already written?

Again, I want your Cover Letter to demonstrate why you will be the best candidate for the job, so the more information from you the better. I can either update & enhance an existing Cover Letter or we can discuss what should be included to create a new dynamic cover letter.

How can I leave feedback for quality work?

Any positive testimonials would be greatly appreciated and can be found under the “Testimonials” tab located at the top of this page.

I’m having trouble finding how to contact you, where should I look?

Please use the “Contact” tab if these FAQs do not answer your question. The “Order Now” tab should be used to submit an order. You will hear back from me shortly after. Both tabs are located at the top of each page.

Many people claim to be an expert without actually being certified, can we see a copy of your Certification?

Of course! I definitely recommended asking to see credentials before hiring a professional to complete work for you. There is a link to a PDF of my certification on my “About Me” page.
